Job Description
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Resource Mobilisation Coordinator will be providing specialist guidance and support on grant acquisition activities in line with the approved Country Strategy.

Proposal Writing & Project Initiation

Desired skills and competencies
A range of pre-employment checks will be undertaken in conformity with Plan International’s Safeguarding Children and Young People policy.
Bachelor degree in international relations, development studies or similar relevant to the position
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in development work
Knowledge and proven track record in grant acquisition and donor relationship management
Excellent networking and partnership building skills
Able to work in a team environment, pitch in attitude a must
Knowledge of child rights-based approach to programming
